Fairly clean hotel in a neat building near anywhere in Gander, the airport and the shopping strip. Best possible location in the heart of the town. Brilliant food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity. Efficient staff, quick check-in and good bar. Amazing breakfast with various food choices.

Luxury, clean, fairly large hotel, the location is good very close to airport. Everyone who works in the property is very pleasant and exceptionally nice. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is excellent! Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel was in a central setting in the heart of the town. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I would like to stay there on the next trip.

The room was very spacious. Excellent location, close to the airport.
It was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the fridge. We could not eat in the bar because we had a 10 year old child with us. The child's menu in the diningroom was very poor, offering little apart from chips. Although the food was good on the whole, we felt it was overpriced. The roast beef had to be sent back as it was overcooked - We had asked for medium rare.

I stayed for 1 night in a King Room. The room was spacious and had ample counter space for personal items. The hotel showed signs of wear, with some lights not working properly and a general need for updates. The parking was a bit crowded, but the location was convenient for nearby attractions.

I had asked for a first floor room when I booked and the staff did an excellent job of accomodating that request
Restaurant menu is a little limited, mostly high end.

This hotel is clean, but somewhat outdated with inconvenient layout with long hallways. They advertise Wi-Fi in rooms, however, I couldn't connect because they "reached maximum number of users". Turns out they have a quota which is insufficient to provide everyone with access on busy days. This is unacceptable for business travel. The hotel is way overpriced for what they have and offer. I guess it is for lack of competition. With only 4 hotels in Gander you often have no choice, but stay where rooms are available. Would try not to stay there again if possible.
